Product Description
The TEC1-12705 is a high-performance thermoelectric cooler (TEC) engineered for applications that require a robust balance of cooling capacity and electrical efficiency. Utilizing the Peltier effect, this solid-state semiconductor device creates a powerful temperature differential between its two ceramic plates. With a 5-Ampere current rating, the 12705 model is a versatile “mid-to-high” range solution, offering significant heat-pumping capability without the extreme power requirements of 6A+ modules.
Constructed with 127 internal semiconductor couples made of high-purity bismuth telluride, the TEC1-12705 provides silent, vibration-free temperature control. Because it contains no moving parts or circulating refrigerants, it is exceptionally reliable for medical devices, laboratory instruments, and precision electronic cooling where a long, maintenance-free lifespan is mandatory.
