The XH-W1219 Dual Display Digital Temperature Controller is an advanced, high-precision thermostat designed for professional and DIY thermal management. Unlike standard single-display controllers, the XH-W1219 features a unique Dual LED Display: the top red display shows the current measured temperature (PV), while the bottom blue display shows the user-defined setpoint temperature (SV).
This clear visual feedback makes it an ideal choice for high-stakes environments such as medical storage, professional incubators, greenhouse automation, and industrial cooling cabinets. With its high-speed microprocessing and a waterproof NTC probe, the XH-W1219 ensures your equipment operates within a strict 0.1°C tolerance range.
Key Features
  • Dual-Color Display: Instant comparison between real-time temperature (Red) and target temperature (Blue) reduces monitoring errors.
  • High Precision Control: Offers a resolution of 0.1°C, providing the granular control required for sensitive biological or chemical processes.
  • Industrial-Grade Reliability: Features high-quality SMD components and an onboard high-current relay designed for long-term continuous operation.
  • Integrated Switch Function: Tactile buttons provide a seamless interface for adjusting parameters without needing external programming tools.
  • Waterproof NTC Sensor: Comes with a durable, moisture-resistant probe that can be submerged in liquids or used in high-humidity environments.
  • Non-Volatile Memory: Automatically saves all user settings; the device will resume its last programmed state immediately after a power interruption.
Usage Instructions
  1. Wiring: Connect the 12V DC power source to the VCC (+) and GND (-) terminals. Connect your load (heater or fan) through the K0 and K1 relay terminals.
  2. Basic Setting: Press the SET button briefly. The blue display will flash. Use the + and  buttons to reach your desired target temperature, then press SET to save.
  3. Advanced Programming (P0–P6): Long-press SET for 5 seconds to access the menu:
    • P0 (Mode): Set to C for Cooling or H for Heating.
    • P1 (Hysteresis): Adjust the difference (0.1 to 15°C) before the relay toggles back on.
    • P2 (Max Limit): Set the highest allowable temperature setting.
    • P3 (Min Limit): Set the lowest allowable temperature setting.
    • P4 (Correction): Calibrate the reading (±7.0°C) if the sensor is extended.
    • P5 (Delay Start): Set a delay (0–10 mins) to protect motors/compressors.
Q: What is the main advantage of the XH-W1219 over the XH-W1209?

The primary advantage is the Dual Display. The W1219 allows you to see both the current temperature and your target temperature simultaneously, which is much safer for applications where a quick visual status check is required.

Q: Can this unit be used to control a 240V AC heater?

Yes. While the controller itself requires 12V DC for power, the relay (K0/K1) acts as an isolated switch. You can run 240V AC through these terminals safely to power your heating or cooling equipment.

Q: How do I restore the device to factory settings?

With the power off, hold down both the + and  buttons simultaneously, then turn the power on. The display will flash “888” to indicate a successful reset.

Q: Is the probe cable long enough for a large incubator?

The standard probe is approximately 30-50cm. If you need it longer, you can extend it with standard copper wire. Remember to use the P4 (Correction) setting to calibrate the sensor after extending the wire.

Q: Is this controller suitable for business-scale refrigeration?

Yes. Business users frequently utilize the P5 (Delay Start) feature, which prevents the relay from cycling too rapidly—an essential feature for protecting the compressors in commercial refrigerators and air conditioners.

Q: My display says "HHH." What does this mean?

“HHH” indicates that the detected temperature has exceeded the measurement limit of 110°C or that there is a short circuit in the sensor probe.
